Vocal Health & Sustainable Technique

Amanda’s teaching is grounded in vocal health. Lessons focus on building efficient habits so you can sing or speak for longer without feeling worn out. Students learn how to warm up wisely, access mix and head voice without strain, and recognize early signs of fatigue.

During vocal health-focused lessons, students may:

  • Learn warm-up and cooldown routines tailored to their voice

  • Explore registration (chest, mix, and head voice) in safe, gradual steps

  • Adjust speaking habits that may contribute to vocal fatigue

  • Set realistic limits for rehearsals, services, and performances

  • Build a toolkit they can use before, during, and after demanding voice days
